General requirements

Before applying for a Visitor Visa, an applicant must check that he or she meets the basic Home Office requirements listed below.

To apply for a Visitor Visa, you must:

– Have and be able to provide all general documents (please refer to the Documents section below on this page)
– Prove that an applicant is planning to leave the UK after his visit
– Have enough money for the trip, including the cost of the return ticket
– Prove a connection with the home country
– Indicate on the application form, as well prove the relationship is genuine, in order to avoid problems when applying for other visa types in the future

How long can I stay in the UK on a Visitor Private Visa?

A Visitor Visa is issued for a period of 6 months, during which an applicant can enter the United Kingdom multiple times and then must return to the country of his residence before the visa expiry date.
An application for a Visitor Visa must be submitted from the country of residence, for example, from the Russian Federation.

It is not recommended to stay in the UK than one month on a Visitor Visa. Long stay in the country (for the whole peiod of 6 months) may cause additional difficulties and checks when applying for other categories of visas in the future.

Financial Requirements

The Home Office does not have any specific requirements for the amount of money required to apply for a Visitor Visa. However, the amount in the bank account must be realistic for the trip, including the cost of the return ticket.
The entire amount must be deposited into a bank account, since it can be problematic to prove cash savings.

An applicants’s may also fully or partially sponsor the trip. In this case, it is necessary to provide documents confirming the source and amount of his income.

Cемейная виза жены

Семейная виза невесты выдается сроком на 6 месяцев, в течение которого заявитель должен вступить в законный брак на территории Великобритании.

Кто может подавать заявление на визу невесты?

– Лица старше 18 лет
– Лица, которые планирует выйти замуж за гражданина / официального резидента Великобритании в течение 6 месяцев с момента выдачи визы, и в дальнейшем проживать в Великобритании по визе супруги вместе с супругом

Сроки оформления

Сроки оформления визы невесты составляют минимум 24 недели (6 месяцев).
Для заявителей из Российской Федерации услуга ускоренного рассмотрения временно недоступна.

Основные требования

Перед тем, как подавать заявление на визу невесты, заявителю необходимо проверить, соответствует ли он и его спонсор основным требованиям Home Office, перечисленным ниже.

Для заявления на визу Супруги требуется:

– Иметь все основные документы

– Доказать подлинность отношений заявителя и спонсора (Genuine Relationship Test)

– Иметь минимальный уровень дохода (£29 000 в год), в соответствии с финансовыми требованиями Home Office

– Подтвердить уровень знания английского языка (см. ниже)

– Предоставить документ, который подтверждает наличие места для проживания спонсора и заявителя в Великобритании, в соответствии с требованиями Home Office

– Сдать биометрию в Визовом центре

– Предоставить отрицательный тест на туберкулез (см. ниже)

– Документально подтвердить намерения заявителя и спонсора пожениться в Великобритании в течение 6 месяцев с момента выдачи визы

Что такое Genuine Relationship Test?

Заявитель на визу невесты должен документально подтвердить подлинность отношений со спонсором – будущим мужем (гражданином или законным резидентом Великобритании).
Заявитель и спонсор должны доказать, что встречались лично хотя бы один раз до подачи заявления на визу невесты.

Подтвердить подлинность отношений помогут следующие документы:

– Письма от ресторана или другого места, подтверждающие намерения заявителя и спонсора отпраздновать свадьбу у них

– Совместные фотографии заявителя и спонсора, на которых они проводят время вдвоем, а также с родственниками, друзьями

-Сопроводительные письма от родителей / друзей, подтверждающие подлинность отношений заявителя и спонсора

– Скрины отдельных переписок заявителя и спонсора, подтверждающие характер отношений, в социальных сетях

– Сканы виз, подтверждения брони отелей и авиабилетов, доказывающие совместные поездки заявителя и спонсора

– Чеки на покупку вещей для совместного пользования / подарков друг другу

– Любые другие документы, подтверждающие намерения совместного проживания заявителя и спонсора в Великобритании

Финансовые требования

Спонсор заявителя должен предоставить документы, подтверждающие размер его годового дохода не менее £29 000 до вычета налогов.

Если у заявителя имеются дети до 18 лет, которых он планирует забрать в Великобританию, спонсор должен подтвердить годовой размер дохода, дополнительно составляющий не менее £2,400 до вычета налогов на каждого ребенка. (cтоимость может меняться. Для уточнения напишите нам)

Источники дохода спонсора могут быть следующими:

– самозанятость (включая самозанятость в качестве директора Limited Liability Company) в Великобритании

Знание английского языка (English Exam Test)

Заявители на визу невесты должны доказать способность владеть английским языком не ниже уровня А1.

Для этого заявителю необходимо сдать экзамен на знание языка и получить сертификат или предоставить диплом колледжа или университета в Великобритании, где заявитель прошел обучение на английском языке (диплом должен иметь подтверждение от UK NARIC).

Home Office принимает только сертификаты от сертифицированных агентств SELT (Secure English Language Testing).

Тест на туберкулез

Заявители, проживающие в ряде стран (см. ссылку ниже), должны предоставить отрицательный тест на туберкулез.

General documents for a Visitor Visa application

8. If a sponsor is sponsoring the trip, documents confirming the source and amount of his income are required
9. Documents confirming the nature of the relationship between the applicant and the sponsor
10. A document from a sponsor confirming ownership of accommodation, if an applicant lists his home address on the application form
11. Certificates of divorce of an applicant, and birth certificates of minor children (if any)

If an applicant has children under 18 years he is taking on a trip to the UK, they must obtain Visas for children
